This year, we’re challenging ourselves to move inclusion beyond conversation and into consistent action. We must continue reshaping what opportunity looks like in construction — ensuring that inclusion is not a moment, but a movement. It’s about being intentional: creating seats at the table, investing in small and minority-owned firms, and developing sustainable pathways for the next generation to succeed. We’ve deepened partnerships with local and minority-owned businesses, expanded workforce development pathways, and opened doors for the next generation of builders through multi-craft pre-apprenticeship programs.
